1. Scheduler/Customer Service Representative

Duties/Responsibilities:

Managing and organizing schedules and calendars.
Forecast workload 7-10 days out.
Answer product and service questions.
Process orders and prepare correspondence.
Identify and assess customers’ needs and match to the appropriate Technician (based on skill).
Ability to react to constant changes with Customers, Estimators, and Technicians.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow both written and verbal communication.
Team player with the ability to be flexible and responsive.
Use of computer software and adding machine.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be able to work FULL TIME, Mon-Fri, 8 hour shift
Knowledge of the Southern California region, city locations, and driving times and distances.
MUST be able to Multi-Task.
Accurately read a measuring tape.
Math skills required – good with fractions, multiplication, and division.
Attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

2. Lead Glazier

Duties/Responsibilities:

Installation of various commercial glass, storefronts, & materials.
Installation of retro-fit windows, glass shower enclosures, glass partitions, etc.
In-shop fabrication of glass, mirror, metal, screens, and more.
Frequent customer interaction and ability to build relationships.
Follow both written and verbal communication.
Select appropriate tools, safety equipment, and parts according to job requirements.
Team player.
Operate and maintain a company vehicle.
Other duties as assigned.
