National Glass & Mirror has been serving San Diego County as a full service glass company since 1978, specializing in commercial and residential glazing. We are the glass and mirror experts that people count on and trust.

National Glass & Mirror is a family owned and operated company. We offer a large variety of glass and mirror to suit your needs. Our showroom staff and field technicians are all dedicated, concerned and skilled in providing the finest products using the most up-to-date methods in the glass and mirror industry.

We are fully licensed, bonded and insured conforming to the State of California’s Contracting Licensing Board. The owner himself was once a glazier and is the license holder for this company. Therefore, he understands and follows the laws, building codes and requirements of the construction trade. We are active members of the National Glass Association (NGA) and many of our technicians have been certified by the NGA using the safest installation procedures.

Every project is thoroughly inspected prior to, during and after installation to meet our high standards. We follow all local and state building codes as well as the Uniform Building Code (UBC), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). We strive to provide a safe working environment at our shop and on all job sites. The safety of our clients and employees is a top priority at National Glass & Mirror.

Our products, suppliers and fabricators are the top in the business. We’ve developed a professional relationship with all of our suppliers and work closely with them to be sure we receive our orders correctly and as promised.

"I was looking for a local glass company to help me find some cabinet glass for a new wall unit I had custom built. I was looking for a design in the glass and tried calling several companies who just could not help me. Granted this was a small project but important to me. Then I tried National Glass & Mirror and Natalie answered the phone and was so helpful from the get go. She was so easy to work with, listened & understood my needs and followed up by emailing me a few ideas...
Less than 2 business days later, Natalie calls me to say my glass order arrived for pick up. I immediately drove to their location, picked up the glass, thanked them and went home to install it. "My grandparent's store recently had their storefront glass broken overnight. Luckily the glass didn't completely shatter and the storefront has a gate so a board-up wasn't necessary. They were very happy with National's professionalism and eagerness to help. It was a very large piece of glass that needed to be replaced but their installers were quick and efficient getting the broken glass out and the new panel in.

I was so happy with their service that I also ordered two mirrors for my office bathrooms as well as some glass tabletops to protect some of my furniture. I'll be sure to contact Charlie and his team again for future glass/mirror needs."
